Description:	Checks a https protected url for time till the SSL certificates will expire.

Installation Notes:	Uptime 7.3 and later install via the Extension Manager. Make sure to restart the uptime_core/DataCollector to finish installing the plugin

This is an alternative plugin for monitoring SSL Certificate Expiration that uses a java library to read the SSL Certificate details from the HTTP reponse, instead of manually parsing the http header like the previous SSL Certificate Expiry Check
